Editorial & data corrections
Spotted a wrong airport name, a stale IATA code, an airline that has shut down, or a route nobody flies any more? Write to editor@aeroroute.guide. Send us the full URL of the page and a quick note on what's wrong. If you can, link to a public source we can cite: an airline press release, a national authority page, or a reputable trade publication. We don't pay for tips, but we credit substantive corrections in the page footer once they're merged.
Press & partnerships
For research collaborations, embedding requests, or general press queries, email hello@aeroroute.guide. We don't accept paid placements, sponsored content, or guest posts of any kind. The directory is editorially independent, and the "Related Resources" links in the sidebar are a reader convenience disclosed with rel="nofollow".
Privacy & legal
Send privacy or legal correspondence to legal@aeroroute.guide. The Privacy Policy covers how the site handles visitor data. By design, there isn't much to cover.
Response times
We aim to reply to every email within three business days and to apply confirmed corrections in the next dataset refresh. AeroRoute Guide isn't an airline, an airport operator, or a booking service. For live flight status, baggage queries, or reservation changes, contact your carrier directly. The about page goes into more detail on what a reference directory can and can't tell you.
